Terms & conditions

1 · Our role: Royal Holidays Georgia is an organising intermediary between you and independent drivers approved by us. We confirm the booking and follow up; the actual carriage contract is between you and the driver.

2 · Prices: the displayed price is final in USD and includes the car and driver per the planned route. Mid-trip changes are charged at the same advertised daily rate through us.

3 · Direct dealing: dealing directly with a driver you met through this site (bypassing us) voids any protection from our side and suspends the driver's account.

4 · Liability: we verify driver documents and reviews, but driving and vehicle insurance liability rests with the driver and vehicle owner under Georgian law.

5 · Cancellation: per the published cancellation policy.
